Those are the two main things that really pissed me off. Once those were out of the way, everything was smooth sailing. Sort of. Since I didn't have instructions, I wasn't sure what to do. Luckily, someone on the forum was able to post pics and somewhat of a DIY. It helped a lot.

nigxdoof, I also got the rep kit but the front lip portion only. As you said, it does not come with a PCD harness/holder or hardware. Literally just the lip in the box. With that being said, how did you mount it? Drill directly into the bumper and use 3m tape on the middle section to hold it to the car? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
