My 2010 X5M picked up about 1.5-2.0 MPG when the injectors and plugs were replaced. It was pretty far gone though; with slow starts, soot and smoke under hard acceleration. They were replaced under goodwill at 55k miles.

The 2013 X6M goes in tomorrow and I don't know if they'll get replaced or not. I don't have symptoms like the X5M did, but I do have soot. MPG is a little worse than the X5M post repair, but I don't know if that's due to differences between the Velos and Dinan tunes or just the lead in my foot.
