If you think that is good, you haven't a clue what a good alignment can do even on a stock car, unmodified suspension. What you describe is just shoddy work, yes it should be matching, but stock is not the best nor ideal in most any case.
-1.0 upwards of -2.5 of negative camber all around can make a HUGE difference in overall cornering performance. On my daily driver/occasional track car, I can run around -1.7 up front, and about -1.0 in the rear. I max out my caster, and no more than 0.01 toe all around. I could run more camber but I am on a budget for tires. I could add some toe-out for better turn in, or toe-in for better straightline stability..
Camber doesn't kill tires, toe does. All cars should have IMO at least -1.0 up front of camber.
