Ugh, more BMW Bellevue nightmares. Sorry to hear. It's been ~4 months since mine has been in for service there and I haven't been missing them, let's just say that.
I think it really comes down to who you get as a SA there. Mine has actually been pretty good to me over the last 18 months, but my X5 has been a problem child and has spent a lot of time there. She has gone to bat for me several times in getting things repaired.
