I forgot to mention that I have a e46 m3 with 182k on it. I paid around 12 k repairs in time (clutches, control arms, subframe reinforcement, suspension). I still love that car and I'll keep it forever.
So I do expect to pay for the maintenance and I budget it.
I'm just wondering if it was worth getting the extended warranty overall for a 35 d and what are the providers out there.
