Even with loaners and rentals, we treat them well, seriously. We got a brand new Cadillac with 940 miles from Hertz. I observed my wife parking on an end far away on our trip, which made me realize she looks at it the same way I do, esp. on a new car like that.
As far as rude customers, when I was new on this forum, I remember some guy actually got refused service at BMW Manhattan because he was so rude. He complained to BMWNA, who backed up the fact that he was banned. LOL
