Its from EAG, which I've heard and seen they are indeed quite overpriced, but I've also read tons and tons of reviews from people who are super happy with their purchase. Saying it was worth the extra to have all the maintenence bits and bobs which add up to a lot already done and accounted for. I had a friend buy an E46 a few years ago for about 24k and what a junker that was. It looked decent but needed bushings, suspension and a ton of other stuff.

But still...Im tending to agree 35k is a TON. It does have maybe 20k worth on it, but the damn thing was what, 54k new?
