Wow....BMW's response is not acceptable. Did they even look at the pic? The response from BMW is about the Disc/Rotor/Hub, which will rust and is normal. You or your dealer need to reiterate that it is the brake calipers that is rusting and not the disc as they thought. I have a feeling the pic never made it to BMW.
