It isn't drastically louder, but I do notice it idles louder when at red lights, etc. I can hear it over the radio, which I didn't before. Also, more importantly, it definitely has more power and it just feels like it breathes better. I don't know if it's coincidence, but the gas mileage seemed to go up a bit after getting it installed.
We were hesitant to get it because we liked the stock exhaust tips. But, these are definitely growing on me. You won't be disappointed!
