Ah I didnt catch that in your original post, unfortunately I barely skim everything on this forum now because of all the "what to look out for on xyz with 150k miles" posts or "HELP!" with generic codes attached and them clearly not searching for anything.
As for the differences in the Meyle HD part numbers, that is a very good question. Even Meyle doesn't seem to have anything on their site as far as I can tell. I'm sure they would have more info if you contact them on their website, but I would just buy the ~$100 HD's.
