The Meyle kit is mixed "Meyle HD" and regular Meyle.
I went Meyle HD tension strut and Lemforder other control arm. I was hoping with the HD that Meyle beefed it up a bit since even OEM (Lemforder but different factory or line?) fails between 40-60k
Additionally, like you said Lemforder seems to be having issues with the tension struts and premature failure - even though people claim to have been following proper procedures and tightening with suspension loaded.
