I would say something should be happening. It's almost the same engine just a little bit tweaked with some differences

Sadly, there's a lot less exposure since there were only 4129 vehicules produced for North America.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe that
- the timing chain
- fuel injectors, mass air flow sensors, crankcase vent lines, battery, engine vacuum pump, low pressure fuel sensor
- change the oil service interval to 12 months/10,000 miles
are different on the X5M. To the contrary, they are more abused!
