I had a Thule and Yakima on previous vehicles - they do a good job but not a fan of the wind noise and the few inches that sticks out from the posts. I'd prefer the OEM but I understand it's a pain to install the base without having to drill.

On my X5M, I bought an OEM rack that sits behind the car. Easier to mount bikes and looks better IMO. Only drawback is, it can only hold 2 bikes.
