This is all good. These guys don't have to do good things anymore because there are plenty of people waiting to buy BMW's. I bought a 2012 35d at the end of June. It was a dealer car never titled and only 6200 miles. It has a clunking sound in the tail gate area and has been in 7 times. For my last visit I also had photos of water dripping into the car from the over head lights. They are willing to put me into a different X5 but want to give me 2500 less than I paid (for two months of driving it which half was in their shop) for my car. Called BMWNA and they said they can't do anything because the dealer is trying to help. They want me to pay over 7K more than I did for my dealer 12 for a dealer 13. I could have bought a new 13 for that price when I got my 12. Not happy as it sounds like I'm going to end up keeping a car that will smell like mold/mildew must along with clunking in the trunk.
