In all seriousness.. I do realize how f'd up this is and it's tragic and ultimately horrific.
At the same time, however, I feel sorry for him and others like him, because - they do what they do because it genuinely turns them on. I don't think it's a choice, like everything else, that's how they are. And it doesn't seem to be "curable" or "treatable." That doesn't absolve him of his actions, but try to imagine yourself in his shoes, if you can...
