..BUT, as sometimes things go..the lower small part of the grommet that stays inside the manifold broke off and fell inside the intake. As i was pulling out the grommet, the rubber broke in half. It might be about 1/4 inch in size over all, its just the tip. I tried to retract it for 20 minutes, and no go. I started the car, no funny noises or sounds, nothing feels weird. Hopefully I'm good until my next oil service where I will be replacing my valve cover and take another look and see if it can be found and removed(My Indy, not me)..

Should I be worried?
You will probably be ok, worst case scenario is if it just happened to get wedged on the valve seat and jammed the valve open enough for the Piston to contact it but that would be like a one in a million chance. Being that it's rubber so small it wouldn't damage anything if it got stuck in the combustion chamber and would be vaporized in a few min. It could damage your turbo if it hits the turbine at high speed but most likely would be pretty soft from the heat and it would just slice it up
