In addition to above, write a letter to BMW Munich Germany, you can contact them through
www.bmw.de , no dealer likes getting emails from Munich. Your other option (that would be my choice) is to ask for a loaner for free for the time your car will be delivered later (e.g. three weeks), if they refuse, you do all of the above, I think they will not refuse.
