ALSO - DO NOT COME TO A COMPLETE STOP - Keep it rolling from that 10 MPH...keep repeating the process like he said 10x. Cool down period is must as well...otherwise if you come to a complete stop while bedding in your brakes when they're hot you WILL surely transfer pad material to the rotor in one spot in which you'll get a warped rotor feeling when braking.
