Catted Vs Non-catted down pipe (M57)

Hey guys, new to the community here. I’ve recently purchased a pretty clean 2011 x5 with the m57 diesel engine. I knew buying the car I was going to have some issues related to the dpf/scr system and it didn’t take long. I’ve decided to do all the preventative “upgrades” since it seems like the best route. However I can’t find anyone’s opinion on catted downpipes for the m57. All the post I see are related to gas engines. This car is primarily used by my wife, I’m not looking for huge power gains. More less just want it to sound practical and improve long term reliability. If anyone has any experience or advice for me here it would be appreciated.
