Run-Flats are problematic on so many fronts..weight, ride quality, noise with brands/models available for the X5s, etc, etc. I have RFTs with 8/32nds, and I am changing them out next weekend...can't take it anymore. Get good roadside coverage and call it a day. My old RS4 leveraged that concept, as does the 1M...no spare, no RFTs, and a worthless bottle of goo to give the impression they tried. Since most tire damage translates to a slow leak, just tow if more catastrophic.
