the wording you posted says that air suspension is covered. Should be read as follows:
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
sagging (except for leveling system pneumatic/hydraulic springs)
So they are excluding coverage for Sagging, but are saying that if it's due to failure of leveling system pneumatic/hydraulic springs, there will be coverage
