i hate the idea of buying another set as well, but its the reality with any vehicle you buy that comes with high performance summer tires.

The Dueller H/T 400's are all season tires, rated M+S. I would think they are a good candidate for siping.
You're right, about summer tires, I wouldn't even think about siping performance rubber!
