well he drove the q5 already and said it feels smoother than the x5 but that the steering feels artificial, i know he's leaning towards the x5 because he thinks the q5 is a little too small, he also wants to buy a jetski so the x5 has more towing capacity(not that the jetski weighs more than 4500pds anyways), the interior is def nicer in the q5,
theres no x5 around here new for 47, there was a 2009 x5 with 3000mi for 46,500, he also wants it to have the siderails
