Not disputing the Audi comment as I've never owned one, but keep in mind BMW Bellevue is in a league of their own when it comes to terrible service - from the sales dept. to the service dept. I say this based on personal experiences.

Been at BMW Seattle for 13 years now and have had great service. Also done some work at Strictly BMW in Bellevue (indy shop) - great customer service and track record. If you're looking for that same car/customer service you experienced during your Audi ownership, you're already headed in the right direction by avoiding Bellevue.
