That sounds terrible man. Even living in Kirkland I refuse to go back to Bellevue. I have an appointment over in Seattle Friday for the drive shaft as well as some other (potentially major) loose ends.
This is my first BMW after being solely Audi for the past 12 years and can say I miss the Audi experience. Even down to the Audi indy shops seem just more into the customer and car experience (sorry BMW diehards).
Hope everything works out for you a lot better from now on.
