By 30k miles it should have had 2 services, I believe. Each 15k miles.
If you already bought the car, and the inspection results won't change that, then I'd say do it at local dealer.
Check the forums here for some common issues though I am not sure of years.
My 2013 had a clicking noise from front suspension, which required replacement of control arm to fix. It's a bulletin out by BMW to their service techs, so if you get the car and get the clicking noise, it should be an easy fix.
That's the only issue I've had so far in 21k miles. Well that and my MPG meter is off but I haven't bothered to get it fixed yet.
Oh and, plan to add oil just about every 5k miles. She will be thirsty; they all seem to burn oil. I've added a quart consistently every 5k.
