Thought I would update. If you can't DIY, you will be spending a lot of coin to keep an out of warranty X5 running.

151k KM, or approximately 94k miles
1. Metering valve replaced
2. 3 Injectors replaced
3. Boost pressure sensor replaced
4. Exhaust pressure sensor replaced
5. 2 EGR coolers replaced (under warranty)
6. Both rear airbags replaced (under warranty)
7. Blower motor replaced (under warranty)
8. Peeling steering wheel trim replaced (under warranty)
9. Tension struts replaced (lower control arms)
10. Front sway bar endlinks replaced
11. Front Tie rods replaced (seized due to salt corrosion)
12. Glowplug module and 6 glow plugs replaced
13. Burnt rear light housing (fixed with LCI tail lights)
14. CCC DVD drive (underwarranty)
15. 1 battery (under warranty)
16. EMF switch
17. 1 Roof rail due to corrosion at the seam


Apart from that, just regular maintenance, oil, brakes, tires
1. Tranny flush and fill/Pan filter
2. Water pump and thermostat/coolant flush and fill
3. Front and rear diff fluids, transfer case fluid
4. Fuel filter/Cabin filter/air Filters
