Another question...My 128GB drive only offers exFAT and NTFS formats. I tried with exFAT, and as expected, no joy. I was about to use a third party to format to FAT32, but read FAT32 isn't supposed to work with files over 4GB, which these are...

UPDATE 6/14:
1. I used this freeware to reformat my 128GB Samsung USB to FAT32: http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/ind...?guiformat.htm
2. If you don't have one, you'll need to download a Torrent Client, I used WebTorrent: https://webtorrent.io/
3. Before downloading the maps, using the torrent file and client, edit preferences to download the files to a location on your computer (not the cloud, WinRAR below doesn't recognize cloud drives)
4. The Torrent Client places *.rar files on your computer. These are compressed. Download WinRAR: https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
5. Using WinRAR, extract these *.rar map files to a folder on your PC. NOTE, these five files extract into the same name folder. So you need to rename the folder after each extraction IE: xxx_USB1, xxx_USB2, etc.
6. The extracted 2020 Map files total 26.7GB per folder, there are Qty.5 folders, you need a drive that can handle at least 134GB or two or more drives, formatted to FAT32 as per Step 1 above.
7. From the xxx_USB1 folder copy ONLY the "pkgdb" folder and a "config.nfm" file to the root of your USB drive.

UPDATE 6/15:
I tried to use two 128GB USB drives. Inserted the first USB and all went well. However it never stopped and asked me for a second USB. It downloaded 100% in an hour, said upload complete, select OK. My NAV version is updated to 2020, however two folders were never installed. I will follow daniel717 post below, purchase new USB drives, and update again. I had no issues using 128GB USB drive formatted as above to FAT32 to successfully pull my hex file.

FINAL UPDATE 6/18:
Ok, from the post below, I now understand that even though 5 folders were downloaded from the torrent file I confirmed they are just 4 copies of the same folder. So the USB only needs one folder of data whose contents are the config file and pkgdb folder which totals 26.7gb. The folder contents should be saved to the root of the USB drive. As a result of the above info my system was updated to 2020 version. Thanks for all the info and help.
