Man, you should find a basic X5 3.5i with 0 miles, no nav starting at 42K with nav 44k per truecar.com
Just to let you know, the X5 will end its production by 7/2012 as there is a new model coming-up, so, I would not buy an X5 right now. They have promises that the new X5 will be lighter, new body style and better gas mileage.
