I also live in Denver...and just bought a 2013 X5 with sports package a couple months back. My truck came with the 20" wheels and summer tires. I've driven in light snow a few time and didn't have a problem. You'll be fine during this last little storm and into next winter...but you (and I) will probably want to get a dedicated winter set for the big snow.
