I think the best way for you is call the dealership and confirm with them. i have a 2012 x6 50i as well and currently I'm at 54k. Before the CCP I only had the start up problem and they replaced my fuel injectors to the most updated version and vacuum line i think. The car is running fine now just a little oil drip once in a while.
All I know is that they will do the CCP even if your car is out of warranty.
