Otherwise just normal maintenance, oil changes, carbon blasting, trans flush and diff fluid changes, spark plugs, brake and power steering fluid changed, radiator fluid and the usual n55 oil leaks fixed.
That maintenance alone will set you back a few grand unless you do it yourself.

A few grand isn't an issue and I have an awesome indy mechanic who is a good friend of mine that is a great BMW mechanic. I was more concerned with like 5-8k worth of stuff I have read horror stories and I have read that others have spent a few grand. Even for my Honda's I end up spending a 2-3k for maintenance type stuff like doing their routine inspections at various mileages which are immensely expensive like $800 per routine maintenance (15, 30k etc.) and that is mostly inspection not actual work.
