Well my 35i has 112000 miles and all that it's needed was a transfer case due to tires getting out of whack.
Otherwise just normal maintenance, oil changes, carbon blasting, trans flush and diff fluid changes, spark plugs, brake and power steering fluid changed, radiator fluid and the usual n55 oil leaks fixed.
That maintenance alone will set you back a few grand unless you do it yourself.
