Hey guys,

New to the forum, so forgive me if this has been discussed.

My wife and I are considering purchasing a pre-owned X5. My budget looks like it'll put me into a low mileage 2008-2010 model (30,000-40,000 miles) or a higher mileage 2011-2013 (70,000-80,000 miles).

I really have no preference on engine. Prefer the performance of the V8, but like the fuel economy in the 6 or diesel.

Question: Should I consider earlier models with low mileage, or should I place more value in the later model years?

Any other input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
