The N57 didnt come in the US spec E70 so you wont get much help here, you will have better luck with engine related issues in the F15 x5 and F10 5 series forums.
With that said if you're doing that much work on your car you should definitely figure out how to get access to ISTA. I'm not sure how easy it is these days though.
See below for all the N57 torque specs from the engine field in ISTA, not sure how comprehensive it is.
