Looks like this answers my above question, so now I need to find out how to remove the fuel rail.
Has anyone looked up to see what the differences are between the indexes? I've found a wrecked F10 M5 so I'm hoping they're plug and play since
www.realoem.com says these injectors are used on multiple BMW turbo vehicles but often sellers don't list the index number.
