I'm sure there is an arbitration clause in the paperwork. Good luck trying to sue. Try not to be such a litigious society, sometimes being a rational adult gets you by.
That said, you're getting your car worked on, at little to no financial cost to you. I'm not seeing the issue at hand, especially when talking about a USED car.
