Ceramic pads should produce little to no noise and little to no dust.
The noise could be coming from rotor squeal if they are worn enough and you put new pads on them

I could have sworn it's the same ones but it's possible that they aren't.
Yeah, I didn't touch the rotors. May go F85 all around pretty soon.
