How does it drive compared with your 335i?

thanks, i am happy with the way it looks.
how it drives compared to the 335 is interesting.
the 8 speed gearbox is fantastic, nearly as quick as the 7 DCT, but not as harsh on the changes.
The engine is fantastic if you don't like revs, kind of feels like a lazy v8 until you put your foot down.
I can't believe how quick the x5 picks up speed for such a big car. It's quite a lot of fun to drive.
The 20" runflats are smoother than the 19" on the 335, so the ride is better. I haven't really pushed the x5 as hard yet, but I was impressed with the monster torque.
The sports seats aren't as comfortable as the ones in the 335, but OK.
Altogether a different, but very rewarding car to drive and when you start to drive it hard, it's pretty damm good. So good in fact, that if I had to have only one car, it would be the X5, as it is more practical and nearly as fast, easier to live with and is still fun to drive.
