It's Hawaii so the body shops stay packed. The guy was very cautious when I asked for a round about timeline during the inspection saying that there could be more things wrong when they start to pull it apart. When I got the estimate he stated 12 day turnaround. The shop has excellent reviews and they are the go-to shop on the island. The long wait for turn-in is their backlog and the wait for parts. They are only using new OEM parts ordered from the dealership other than the new diffuser.
