I finally found enough information to list a few critical dimensions of the new X6. Please remember, these are gleamed from magazine articles and a few press releases from BMW, so nothing is for certain. If you go to the last page of this .pdf from BMW, you can see a nice dimensional layout of the X6:

Wheel Base: 115.5 - 115.5 - same
Overall length: 191.1 - 192 - X6 very slightly longer
Width: 76.1 - 78.1 - X6 2 inches wider
Height: 69.5 - 66.9 - X6 3 in shorter
WEIGHT 5335 - 4600 - X6 around 730 pounds lighter!
If you prefer metric:
Wheel Base: 2934 - 2933 - same
Overall length: 4854 - 4877 - X6 very slightly longer
Width: 1933 - 1983 - X6 50mm wider
Height: 1765 - 1696 - X6 69mm shorter
WEIGHT 2420 - 2090 - X6 around 330 Kg lighter!
Again, these are magazine reporter numbers, but they do give us some idea of the actual size...
I can't wait to get some interior dimensions. According to the MotorTrend article, the car is quite roomy. They even say the rear seat accommodations are nice - we'll see.
We should be getting a lot of new data once the car is officially debuted at the NAIAS (Detroit Auto Show) next month!... I can't wait!!!!
