There's a German brand called "Mintex" that makes dustless pads for German Cars (Porsche's, BMW's etc.). The stopping power is just as good as OEM, although if you track the car, it might be better to leave the stock ones on (or upgrade to better ones more suited for the track).
If you're just driving around town, the Mintex pads should be perfect.
Some people have reported some brake squeel with them, but if your shop knows how to fix that problem, you should be ok.
