Easy for me to say, but...
Throw some moth balls in it and put it in storage. I think M coupes have a chance at becoming collectors cars...limited production, last "classic" naturally aspirated M inline 6 engine, manual box only, exotic looks (esp. considering price)..
GL either way, agree that it is best to wait until the winter has passed if you want top dollar.
