Hello, purchased a 2013 CPO with 16k on it 3 weeks ago week, was on the lot for at LEAST 6 weeks in another state. Question is during the first couple of close proximity drives, the temp has stayed cold - any ideas?

Drove it for about 10 miles yesterday for only the second time (live in MA and it has been a huge pain to get registered) and that may be the most it was really driven in almost 3 months. Should the temp should have gone right up or is something already misfiring on the gauge? It is sitting at 140. Due to this I haven't gone over 50 mph but no codes have gone off. I am surprised this wasn't vetted in the CPO process if something is indeed wrong. It drives as expected however.

Any advice would be very helpful.
