I don't think they will fit. You need to clear the huge X6M calipers. I know my old X5 e70 19" style 211 did not (hub issue aside). They would not clear the front calipers. You can check with another member here spaceballs. I think he may have the same set up on a X5M. If they clear the X5M they should clear the X6M.
