Some interior trim pieces were peeling or generally wearing faster than they should be, so the friendly guys at BMW of Austin replaced them under warranty.

61319116587 - Repair kit FRONT COMPONENTS, shift knob
51416975791 - Pull strap panel w/auto dim, black Left
Not the most expensive parts in the world, but it made a big difference to me.
