Hi all, new user here so please forgive me if I ask somehting which has already been well discussed/explained.
I've recently bought an X5 E70 2013 40d. Recently I've noticed that when you open the boot lid, a fair amount of water comes out of the boot lid lock. I'm assuming that it is due to some rubber seal that has failed or it could be that the rear wiper water system is perhaps causing the issue.
I'm not sure if this is a common problem or just a one off. When I lfted the lid the water had drained from the lock in a good amount of trickle.
Any help in rectifying this issue would be greatly appreciated.
