Thing is, weight and drag play a large part in the overall equation. At low speeds, a chipped X6 will have a large torque advantage, but the M3 will have a large weight advantage. X6 50i certainly has ALOT of drag. It is amazing how quickly the speed drops down when you let off the accelerator. If I was going 60 and let off the accelerator in my old Lexus IS350 it was coast and stay around 60 mph much longer than the X6. I would guess that by the time the Lexus goes from 60 to 50 the X6 would probably be at closer to 40.

No complaints. The X6 is SO MUCH MORE FUN TO DRIVE!!!
