Oh you settings in notification for Text message. What do you have it set as?
So mine are:
Notification center: On
Show 5 Recent Items
Alert Style: None
Badge App Icon On
Show Preview: On
Repeat Alert Twice
Show iMessage Alerts from: Everyone
View in Lock Screen: On
Bluetooth Setting:
Show Notifications: On
Sync Contacts: On
Groups: Phone Favorites, Phones Recents, All Contacts
That should be it. I think it all comes down to have the text and email to be a pop up alert on your phone instead of a notification banner. Try that and it should work. I'm still on 6.1.2 and jailbroken.
