You need to drive them both. I went from a 2013 X6M to a 2016 X6 50i and I hated it. The E70/71 have a different drive feel. They are harder, stiffer, tighter and more beastly. The F15/16 are softer, floaty, cushy from a handling, suspension and steering standpoint. They have more gadgets and tech stuff but I prefer the driving experience. Coming from a Lexus, the F15 might work for you.
